Service delivery

True Webmaster delivers digital services — web design, web development, SEO, social media management, hosting, and related marketing work. Specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones are defined in the written engagement agreement signed before work begins.

Payment

Most engagements require an initial deposit before work starts, with remaining payments tied to milestones. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, marketing partnership) are billed monthly in advance.

Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring service with 30 days written notice. One-time project work that is in progress is non-refundable for completed milestones; deposits for un-started work may be refunded at our discretion.

Refunds

Because services are custom and time-based, refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact us through the form at our waitlist page to discuss any concerns.
